Spanish Property better than UK savings

More people than before has decided to invest in Spanish property 

than placing there hard earned money in Bank savings accounts.  

In the UK at present from most banks accounts the return per year

is only 3 per cent  

To invest in property in Spain you are much more likely to gain

morethan the interest banks are offering from there savings account this true for all the high street banks.

With easy transport flights to and from Spain with all the main air lines, offering cheap flights which are  looking to stay for the for seable future.

The main reason for this to be possible is the tourism, tourism in Spain is higher than anywhere in Europe which maintains the demand for there properties   

It has been claimed that transaction prices in the Spanish nation are unlikely to show any more significant declines in the near future.

The Spanish property price index published has revealed that the cost of homes in the country fell by 10.1 per cent in the 12 months leading up to June.

With the UK property prices in the country down to 12.0 per cent on the coast, now could be the ideal time to buy property by the sea.
