Work has began on Polaris World 2nd phases this June with 
apartments called Penthouse on the Terrazas de la Torre golf
resort. Work is pushing forward with these apartments so as
the resort will be completed by the end of 2010. The golf
course should be available for the resorts keen golfers by the
end of summer 2009.
Construction on the Polaris World resorts had in the past
slowed down due to the property crisis, but due to the resent
increase in the market Polaris World has reorganized and
are speeding up with developments.
Terrazas de la Tore is the sixth resort to be constructed by Polaris World in the Murcia region. Front line two and three bed apartments and "penthouses" overlooking the golf course are available along with the exclusive island properties with their golf and lake views.
The Mar Menor golf resort apartments the " Melvin apartments " keys are nearly ready to be handed to there tenants. And the town center on Condado de Alhama is on time and should be complete September October 2009.
Located close to La Torre resort the new Terrazas de la Torre golf resort will feature an eighteen hole Nicklaus designed golf course, large Spanish style town center, sports facilities and clubhouse.
Front line golf view two bed apartments and penthouses start from just €137,400. Exclusive island properties with lake and golf views close to the town center are available from €144,300.
